This module covers a range of interpersonal and customer service skills and an understanding of financial products and services for provision of advice on financial products and services while managing a high quality customer service. No refunds apply unless the course is cancelled by TAFE SA. International students on a Student visa (subclass 500) are not eligible to undertake short courses.
