1. Produce a range of basic workplace documentation. This includes plan, draft and review a basic document before writing the final version.
2. Participate in workplace occupational health and safety (OHS) processes to protect the workers own health and safety, and that of others.
3. Correctly interpret and apply industry and organisation procedures, guidelines, policies, ethical standards and sustainability requirements to day-to-day work in the business services industry.
4. Use a range of common calculation methods and techniques for conducting routine financial calculations and transactions.
