Enterprise Trainer - Presenting Skill Set (TAESS00014)

This Enterprise Trainer - Presenting Skill Set (TAESS00014) provides the necessary skills and knowledge for people training under supervision in the VET sector, who work mainly in classroom situations.

Successful completion of the skill set will require participants to deliver 3 skills-based delivery sessions to small groups.

Participants completing the skill set within a blended format will deliver training sessions within the classroom environment. Participants completing the skill set within an online format will be required to source three different learner groups of two or more individuals each. Training sessions must be delivered within a real or simulated workplace environment and must be video recorded.

Participants can expect to spend approximately 10-15 hours per week on study and assessment requirements, in addition to any class time required.

Participants will be provided access to learning resources and assessment material in an online learning environment. Our qualified and experienced TAE facilitators will provide support and guidance through online forums.

Our face to face model includes a 4-day interactive workshop that allows participants to develop, practice and demonstrate skills-based training.

Please note that completion of this short course requires additional homework and assessment outside of class time when studied in a face to face format.
