This course is suitable for those who wish to develop the skills to work as a health administration officer who applies a broad range of administrative tasks in a medical centre or hospital environment.

This course is designed for those who wish to develop the skills and knowledge required to respond effectively to behaviours of concern. Skills are associated with handling difficult incidents rather than managing ongoing behaviour difficulties. It covers identifying behaviour, planning and applying resources and reporting and reviewing incidents.

  • Students must have basic literacy and numeracy skills and must be familiar with using a personal computer
