This course helps you to formalise your skills in business-to-business selling. You will identify the needs and wants of customers, understand the importance of product knowledge, provide delivery solutions, and develop business relationships.

This qualification reflects the role of individuals who use well-developed business sales skills and a broad knowledge base in a wide variety of business sales contexts. Jobs include Sales Account Assistant, Sales Agent and Sales Representative.

Certificate IV in Business Sales
Skills covered include developing product knowledge, building client relationships and business networks, identify and plan sales prospects and presenting, securing and supporting sales solutions. To complete the qualification you are required to complete all 4 core units and 6 elective unit units.
Note: Students who successfully complete only one or more units of competency but not the full Qualification are eligible to receive a Statement of Attainment.
