Entry Recommendations
This course is for students learning English as another language. You will need an advanced level of English for this course.

Attendance Requirements (subject to change)
Classes for full time students are four hours a day, four days a week. Classes for part-time students are three hours a day, two days a week.

Mandatory Requirements
This course is free for eligible students. To be eligible you must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident, or hold a skilled migrant or bridging visa. You will need to show evidence of your visa when you enrol.

    The Diploma of English Proficiency is designed for overseas-born and educated adults for whom English is an additional language and who wish to access business or professional employment or further training. The Diploma offers a balanced program of training in the four macro-skills of speaking, listening, reading and writing; and in language extension and cultural information related to specific professions.

    Note: Completion of a TAFE SA course does not guarantee an employment outcome. Formal requirements other than educational qualifications (eg licensing, professional registration), may apply to some occupations.
