Description

This course is offered as pre-entry training for careers with the South Australia Police (SAPOL) and other law enforcement agencies. This is a pre-application course designed to improve prospects of recruitment with SAPOL. The course includes guest lectures from serving police officers, practical exercises and opportunities to meet and talk with police officers in relation to the practical elements of policing in South Australia.

    The content and delivery methodologies further develop the skills, knowledge and attributes required to improve prospects of recruitment with SAPOL. The course includes guest lectures from serving police officers, practical exercises and opportunities to meet and talk with police officers in relation to the practical elements of policing in South Australia. To complete the qualification you are required to complete all 9 core units.

    Note: Students who successfully complete only one or more units of competency but not the full Qualification are eligible to receive a Statement of Attainment.
