It's been a busy start to Term 1 in Food Handling! Students have been learning at home, in the classroom, in the kitchen, and even outside!

Online learning started with lots of video calls, worksheets, websites, videos and image sharing with discussions on Microsoft Teams. Students are now back in the classroom at Adelaide campus, keeping distance and wearing masks!

Students attended Regency campus for their first kitchen training session in week 2 of term, where they learned about knife skills and precision cuts. Students have since been practising at home and sharing photos on Teams.
