Description

The course reflects the role of individuals who apply well-developed recordkeeping skills and a broad knowledge base in a wide variety of contexts. The course is designed for those who wish to develop the skills and knowledge required to research, develop and implement records systems for a small office. It covers determining and devising an appropriate recordkeeping system and developing business rules/procedures to support operations.

  • Students must have basic literacy and numeracy skills and must be familiar with using a personal computer
