Description

Basic Gaming training must be undertaken by all NEW gaming employees and gaming managers within 3 months of being appointed as a gaming employee or gaming manager.

Recognised and approved, by Consumer and Business Services, this course is held over two days and will provide you with the knowledge and skills to:
- Advise customers on gaming activities
- Maintain Gaming machines
- Make Gaming machine payouts
- Operate and maintain coin dispensing equipment
- Implement responsible gambling practices
- Monitor security of gaming areas
- Identifying problem gambling
- Provide advice on barring’s
- Use the BOEN system

Upon successful completion of the course, each participant will receive a Certificate of Completion.
