You Reap What You Sow - Plant Based Workshop

Plant based foods have become one of the biggest food trends and lifestyle choices for many, and for good reason.

Ever thought it’s hard to cater for friends and family who are vegetarian or vegan? Ever wanted to get more nutrition and flavour out of your own plant-based meals? Have you thought about making the change to a healthier and well-balanced diet? If the answer is yes to any of these questions, then this workshop is for you.

Join us for an incredible immersion into the exciting new world of vegan, plant based and raw food cuisine. In this special workshop, we will dive into the principles of cookery exploring the vegan way and prepare a selection of dishes combining veganism with modern plate presentation.

What to bring: knives and apron (can be supplied if required), and a container to take your food home with you.

Dress code: Non-slip, closed-toe shoes.

  • Please bring your own knives and apron, although they can be supplied if required.
    Please wear non-slip, closed-toe shoes as you will be working in a commercial kitchen.

Short Course Delivery Locations Some short courses can provide accreditation for industry-specific registration, while others merely provide skills and knowledge in the subject area. Concession prices are available for some courses.
