Description

Participants will gain the skills and knowledge required to handle formal and informal negative feedback and complaints from customers.

Students may study from the week beginning 22 July and enrol anytime until Friday 8 November.

  • Students must have basic literacy and numeracy skills and must be familiar with using a personal computer

Short Course Delivery Locations Some short courses can provide accreditation for industry-specific registration, while others merely provide skills and knowledge in the subject area. Concession prices are available for some courses.
