Small Scale Winemaking

Description

Gain hands-on experience in aspects of winemaking, including monitoring for grape maturity, harvesting the fruit, crushing, fermentation, maturation, sensory and technical analysis of wine, along with finishing the wine and bottling and packaging.

Each student will also take home 12 bottles of the wine they have made during the course.

This course is perfect for small vineyard owners, wine club members, cellar door managers, sommeliers, and anyone else interested or involved in the wine industry.

It is recommended that you have a reasonable level of wine knowledge before enrolling into this course.

This course will run over 12 sessions throughout the year. Dates are subject to change around vintage.
