This module covers an understanding of personal finance management and financial services industry practices, financial literacy skills, organising work priorities and working as a team.

Skills Covered:
1. Work in a group environment promoting team commitment and cooperation, supporting team members and dealing effectively with issues, problems and conflict
2. Correctly interpret and apply industry and organisation procedures, guidelines, policies, ethical standards and sustainability requirements to day-to-day work in the business services industry
3. Develop, maintain and enhance understanding of personal finance matters, including taxation, superannuation and insurance
4. Organise and complete own work schedule, monitor own work performance and co-ordinate personal skill development and learning
