Description

This course is designed for people currently working or who wish to work in a WHS role. It reflects the role of workers who apply a broad knowledge base and well-developed skills in a wide variety of contexts and may include coordinators, advisors and facilitators. It covers compliance, consultation and participation processes, hazard identification, risk assessment, risk control, WHS managing systems and responding to incidents.

    This course covers compliance with WHS laws, WHS consultation and participation processes, hazard identification, risk assessment, risk control, WHS managing systems and responding to incidents. To complete the qualification you are required to complete all 5 core units and 5 elective units.

    Note: Students who successfully complete only one or more units of competency but not the full qualification are eligible to receive a Statement of Attainment.
