Advanced Diploma of Leadership and Management
When studying this course you will develop the skills and knowledge required to lead and manage organisational change initiatives by providing leadership across an organisation, developing business plans and making strategic financial decisions which lead to best practice organisations. Specialist electives are available in a range of fields that can be tailored to specific job roles or business contexts. To complete the qualification you are required to complete all 4 core units and 8 elective units.
Note: Students who successfully complete only one or more units of competency but not the full Qualification are eligible to receive a Statement of Attainment.
