This course will provide you with the skills to lead and manage people in a safe working environment. It also covers administration skills including financial and general administration, information management, IT analysis and design and writing.
- Some units may not be available at some campuses. In particular, specialist Units (for example health) may not be offered on-campus but can be completed online. Study sessions may vary including a combination of on-campus, online and/or independent study. Lecturer support will be available for all options.

Diploma of Business Administration
This qualification, designed by industry professionals, provides a sound theoretical knowledge base and a range of specialised, technical and managerial competencies to suit administration within a business or corporate context. Skills covered include managing meetings, planning and managing conferences, managing business document design and development, undertaking project work, leading and managing team effectiveness and facilitating continuous improvement. To complete the qualification you are required to complete all 8 elective units.
Note: Students who successfully complete only one or more units of competency but not the full Qualification are eligible to receive a Statement of Attainment.
