This course gives in-depth coverage of project management knowledge areas. It is targeted at participants who possess a sound theoretical knowledge base and use a range of specialised technical or managerial competencies to plan, carry out and evaluate their own work and/or the work of a team.
- The 2 part time on campus programs are suited for students with work place experience in project management and are looking to gain the qualification to enhance their existing skills and knowledge. These programs are delivered holistically and therefore the workload for this course reflects the existing skills and knowledge of the student. This model may not suit all students. Skills covered include scope, time, quality, cost, human resources, information and communication, risk and integration. 8 core unit plus 4 electives.
Note: Students who successfully complete only one or more units of competency but not the full Qualification are eligible to receive a Statement of Attainment.
