    This qualification is designed to teach various business procedures including becoming proficient in office technology, dealing with customers and clients and developing basic communication skills. 1 core unit plus 11 electives.

    Note: Students who successfully complete only one or more units of competency but not the full Qualification are eligible to receive a Statement of Attainment.
