  • No course admission requirements, however, students wishing to access WorkReady funding will be required to demonstrate satisfactory reading, writing and numeracy skills.

    • Some units may not be available at some campuses. In particular, specialist Units (eg health) may not be offered on-campus but can be completed online. Study sessions may vary including a combination of on-campus, online and/or independent study. Lecturer support will be available for all options.

    Qualifications & Skills Covered

    Certificate II in Business (BSB20115)
    You will learn to develop/refine customer service skills, process and maintain workplace information, communicate with people from diverse backgrounds and develop/refine employability skills. To complete the qualification you are required to complete all 1 core unit and 11 elective units.

    Note: Students who successfully complete only one or more units of competency but not the full Qualification are eligible to receive a Statement of Attainment.

    Fees

    The TAFE SA qualification is subsidised through the Government of South Australia's WorkReady initiative. To access subsidised training through WorkReady, your suitability to complete the qualification will be assessed. This may include participation in a Language, Literacy and Numeracy pre-assessment.
