Course Admission Requirements

  • You must hold a current unrestricted electrical license issued by an Australian State or Territory OR be employed in a current Contract of Training and provide evidence when you enrol.

    Qualifications & Skills Covered

    Certificate IV in Electrical - Instrumentation (UEE40411)
    Skills covered include safety, circuits, problem solving, equipment, specifications, installation and systems. To complete the qualification you are required to complete all 27 core units plus elective units totalling 120 points.

    Note: Students who successfully complete only one or more units of competency but not the full Qualification are eligible to receive a Statement of Attainment.

    Fees

    The TAFE SA qualification is subsidised through the Government of South Australia's WorkReady initiative. To access subsidised training through WorkReady, your suitability to complete the qualification will be assessed. This may include participation in a Language, Literacy and Numeracy pre-assessment.
