How to submit documentation for school student (VETRO) referrals

School staff and VET Co-ordinators are able to upload required documentation relating to VETRO referrals.

  1. Login to MyTAFE SA for Organisations.
    If you have not received an invitation email and require access, please submit an access request form on the MyTAFE SA for Organisations home page.
  2. MyTAFE SA for Organisations provides you details of your current applicants and VETRO referrals and allows you to upload supporting documents required to complete the referral process.


To upload documents please select the applicant that the documents relate to:

3.     Select browse to locate the files, or drag and drop them into the document uploader

4.   when all documents for the student have been added, select ‘Submit’
5.   Upload documents for additional applications if required

  • To submit documents for a second or subsequent referral, return to the home dashboard and select a new applicant and repeat document submission process.

The date and time of document submission is recorded and can be used to identify the order for allocating offers.
