Australian Taxation Law II - TAFE SA TPB TAX2 (Tax Agent Registration)

Description

This course describes the performance outcomes, skills and knowledge required to identify taxation requirements for complex lodgements and returns, gather, analyse and process taxation related data to prepare taxation returns and lodgements, and review compliance.

This course applies to accountants and tax specialists who prepare complex tax returns. This course meets the Australian Tax Practitioners Board (TPB) educational requirements for Tax Agent registration and renewal of registration.

This course requires students to purchase textbooks at an additional cost of approximately $95. More information will be provided following enrolment.

Students wishing to complete both Australian Taxation Law Level I and II should complete Level I before enrolling and commencing Level II.

This course has either written or oral supervised assessment. Students will require access to Skype video chat for assessment purposes.

  • Australian Taxation Law I - TAFESA TPB TAX1 or equivalent knowledge
  • Prepare and administer tax documentation for legal entities (FNSACC601)

  • You will be given 16 weeks to complete this course. If you study 4-6 hours per week, we estimate that you will be able to complete the course in this time frame. However, as this online course is self-paced, if you prefer you are able to complete it in a shorter time frame. This course has either written or oral supervised assessment. Students will require access to Video chat for assessment purposes.
