International student forms

This form is to be completed by students who wish to apply for Withdrawal, Release or Deferral from their course at TAFE SA. If the course has already commenced, after completing Section A students must liaise with their Program Group to have Section B completed.

If a refund is required a Request for Refund of International Student Tuition Fees form will need to be completed.

This form is to be completed by students who wish to change their course and request a new COE to be issued or exit due to a change in their visa subclass. After completing Section A students must liaise with their Program Group to have Section B completed.

If as a result of this Change of Course the student will be withdrawing from further studies at TAFE SA then the Request for Withdrawal/Release/Deferral form will also need to be completed.

This form is to be used when a student has changed address. It is a condition on their student visa that they notify the International Office of this change within 14 days so that DIAC can be notified of the change.

This form is to be completed by students who require an Enrolment Letter/Proof of Full Time Study letter, Record of Residential Address or Family Invitation Letter.

This form is to be used each time a student requires an extension to their COE (and Student Visa). Email requests for COE/Visa extensions will no longer be accepted.

This form is to be used by students who can demonstrate genuine financial hardship may seek approval for an extension to the due date for payment of international student tuition fees or to pay tuition fees by installments.

This form is to be used by students who are eligible for applying for tuition fee refund.
