It’s all about coffee & food! Learn how to make the perfect espresso coffee and also gain some skills in the kitchen while preparing dishes including canapés, gourmet sandwiches and stylish yet simple dishes.

Skills Covered

Café Culture
The course provides hands-on training in the preparation of all black and milk coffees, using commercial espresso machines. Learn how to pour the perfect shot and texture milk correctly. Instruction in the cleaning and care of espresso machines and coffee grinders is also provided.
