Get ready for Summer entertaining with Basque Pintxos. This is a demo-only class with assistance from the audience, where you will gain skills and be involved with tasks to create Tapas such as:
- Croquetta with chorizo and celery leaf on sauce Romesco
- Stuffed spanish olives with Escabeche mussels and Manchego
- Tuna mayonnaise with Jamon on croute
- Baked crotin of goat cheese with KI honey, thyme and garlic
- Potato & caramelised onion tortilla
- Sauteed prawns
- Mushrooms & Garlic
- Braised chorizo in apple cider
All items will be served during the session for tasting - so don't eat a big meal beforehand!
