    Employment Outcomes

    This qualification is intended to prepare new employees or recognise and develop existing workers who are performing servicing and repair of particular components/systems of vehicles in an automotive service or repair business.

    Note: Completion of a TAFE SA course does not guarantee an employment outcome. Formal requirements other than educational qualifications (eg licensing, professional registration), may apply to some occupations.

    Certificate II in Automotive Mechanical
    1 core unit: Applying safe working practices; plus 12 elective units.

    Note: Students who successfully complete only one or more units of competency within this Qualification will receive a Statement of Attainment.
