    Employment Outcomes

    This qualification provides a pathway to work in various catering settings such as hospitals and aged care facilities, sporting and entertainment venues, hotel banqueting departments, cook–chill production kitchens and mobile catering businesses of varying size. Possible job roles may include: - Catering assistant - Cook - Food service assistant

    This qualification is designed to provide a range of cookery skills and a sound knowledge of kitchen operations. 13 core units plus 8 electives.

    Note: Students who successfully complete only one or more units of competency but not the full Qualification are eligible to receive a Statement of Attainment.
