    Employment Outcomes

    This qualification will prepare you for an entry level position in a variety of roles where reservations and sales are required. This can include a retail travel agency, wholesale tour company, tour operator, hotel, or any of the transport options such as airlines, coach and rail operators. Completion of this qualification enables the continuation of studies in Diploma of Travel and Tourism and beyond. Possible job titles may include: Call centre sales agent Corporate consultant Domestic travel consultant International travel consultant

    This course provides you with the skills and knowledge to work effectively in the travel industry. This incorporates administrative skills, operational knowledge of booking systems including airline reservations and fares and ticketing, and customer service and sales skills. 14 core units plus 3 electives.

    Note: Students who successfully complete only one or more units of competency but not the full Qualification are eligible to receive a Statement of Attainment.
