Qualifications & Skills Covered

Certificate III in Wine Industry Operations
7 core units: Implement the food safety program and procedures; Participate in OHS processes; Contribute to OHS processes; Apply quality systems and procedures; Provide and apply workplace information; Report workplace performance; Participate in environmentally sustainable work practices; plus 18 elective units.

Note: Students who successfully complete only one or more units of competency within this Qualification will receive a Statement of Attainment.
