Qualifications & Skills Covered
Certificate III in Information and Cultural Services
6 core units, deliver and monitor a service to customers; apply knowledge of OHS legislation in the workplace; work effectively with others; develop and apply knowledge of information and cultural services; develop and use information literacy skills; operate application software packages, plus 6 electives.
Note: Students who successfully complete only one or more units of competency within this Qualification will receive a Statement of Attainment.
