Subject areas include marketing and consumer behaviour, supervisory and frontline management skills, developing and operating a business plan, selling and advertising, marketing research, promotional plans, and creative concepts. Always in demand, a marketer can take on almost any role, increasing the chance of employment. A qualification in marketing can lead to a career in industries including general business management, finance and advertising to name a few.

Qualifications & Skills Covered
Certificate IV in Business Sales
Monitoring a safe workplace; plus electives from the following areas: product skills and advice; relationship management; sales; customer service; financial administration; general administration; international business; interpersonal communication; IT use; marketing; research and workplace effectiveness. This course is co-delivered with the Certificate IV in Marketing and has a focus on customer relationships and strategies for sales growth.
Note: Students who successfully complete only one or more units of competency within this Qualification will receive a Statement of Attainment.
