    Qualifications & Skills Covered

    Certificate IV in Business Sales
    Monitoring a safe workplace; plus electives from the following areas: product skills and advice; relationship management; sales; customer service; financial administration; general administration; international business; interpersonal communication; IT use; marketing; research and workplace effectiveness. This course is co-delivered with the Certificate IV in Marketing and has a focus on customer relationships and strategies for sales growth.

    Note: Students who successfully complete only one or more units of competency within this Qualification will receive a Statement of Attainment.
