  • Course fees and a material fee are to be paid at enrolment. The material fee will depend on study choice, around $300 for full time study.

Qualifications & Skills Covered

Certificate IV in Design
7 core units: Develop and extend critical and creative thinking skills; Source and apply information on the history and theory of design; Generate design solutions; Interpret and respond to a design brief; Participate in OHS processes; Integrate colour theory and design processes; Realise a creative project; plus 8 elective units.

Diploma of Graphic Design
9 core units: Develop and extend design skills and practice; Refine drawing and other visual represent tools; Research visual communication history and theory; Produce graphic designs for 2D and 3D applications; Produce typographic design solutions; Create and manipulate graphics; Design and manipulate complex layouts; Develop graphic design practice to meet industry needs; Present a body of own creative work; plus 10 elective units.

Note: Students who successfully complete only one or more units of competency within this Qualification will receive a Statement of Attainment.
