On completing this certificate, students have the opportunity to work within a business, office, clerical or tourism environment. However this course is generally a pathway to further study.

Certificate II in Education and Skills Development
This course is designed to help people update their educational, vocational and social skills so that they can successfully compete for positions in employment, further education or training programs.
It aims to provide students with:
- the skills, knowledge and self-confidence necessary to make informed, realistic choices of education or employment pathways
- the focus is on continuing study in business courses.
Note: Students who successfully complete only one or more units of competency but not the full Qualification are eligible to receive a Statement of Attainment.
