    Selection criteria is only used when there are more applicants for the course than places available. Applicants will be ranked in the following order:

    1. CSPA score

    Uni Dual Offer Course

    • You will receive an offer to both TAFE SA and University, with the University offer being conditional on successful completion of the TAFE SA qualification.
    • You can rest assured you have secured your University offer, pending successful completion of the TAFE SA award.
    • No further application will be required.
    • You will receive credit for TAFE SA studies allowing you to complete two awards dependant on the pathway selected.
    • If accepted, you will receive an offer to TAFE SA and-on successful completion of the TAFE SA qualification-an offer to University with no further application required.

    Qualifications & Skills Covered

    Advanced Diploma of Screen and Media (Specialising in Game Art) (CUF60107)
    As a game art student you will learn the skills required of artists in game development. Game artists are chiefly modellers and texturers but also have a broad knowledge of the game development process. This course puts particular emphasis on modelling, texturing, rigging, animation, game engines and drawing. 2 core units plus 14 electives.

    Note: Students who successfully complete only one or more units of competency but not the full Qualification are eligible to receive a Statement of Attainment.
