Study wine, viticulture and food production in one of the most picturesque and famous wine regions in the world.

From the Diploma of Food & Wine in the beautiful Barossa Valley, to cellar door sales in the Clare Valley, or wine grape growing in the Coonawarra region, these courses will provide skills and knowledge to those wanting to enter this exciting industry, or upskill existing workers.

These courses cover disciplines including vineyard management, wine and food production, bottling, packaging and warehousing the final product, through to cellar door design, wine marketing and sales.




Employment Opportunities

Depending on the area studied, graduate career opportunities are extensive, ranging from wine maker, viticulturalist, small regional food producer, laboratory technician, quality control officer, packaging manager, wine marketing and sales, through to food & wine tourism operator.
