Aged Care
Aged-care workers deliver care services using a palliative approach and provide support to people living with dementia. Workers provide support to older people, implementing individualised plans to support their clients’ health and wellbeing, helping them to maintain their independence. Aged care workers may be employed within an aged-care facility or may visit individuals in their homes.
