Other benefits

By employing an apprentice or trainee, you may be eligible for government incentives and subsidies, which will help to reduce the cost of training to your business. These incentives are offered to businesses which employ apprentices or trainees who are:

  • training in a skills shortage area in rural or regional Australia
  • indigenous
  • have a disability.
