The Professional Writing program at AC Arts provides tuition in creative and non-fiction writing and editing with a focus on the marketplace. Students are encouraged to channel their writing into a range of publications, such as children’s books, short stories, TV and film scripts, novels, poetry, articles, biographies, or focus on editing, corporate, technical or advertising copy.
Students are encouraged to enter writing competitions and have work published while studying, with many achieving success. Graduates gain the skills to run a writing business, work under contract or seek publication of original manuscripts.
