Description

This training program has been specifically designed for young women to increase their own personal safety and protection.
Having the ability to identify personal risks and react to harm using a variety of techniques will increase a young woman’s confidence.

This short course adopts a holistic approach to safety by teaching physical, psychological and non-verbal strategies essential to personal growth including:
• confident and assertive body language
• protective communication
• escape techniques
• safety in public places and on public transport
• self-awareness
• identifying personal strengths and qualities.
