Intro to Breadmaking

Description

Everything you need to know to make awesome bread. This workshop aims to break down some of the basics techniques and science behind great bread, and make the whole idea of getting your hands in some dough a little less intimidating.

You will produce bread products including sandwich breads, cheese and bacon rolls, finger buns and French sticks.
