This short course includes all 7 units from the accredited Course in Wellbeing and Resilience (10271NAT).

This course will introduce you to the PERMA Plus model to improve wellbeing and resilience in self and others, and provide you with a general understanding of strategies to improve wellbeing and resilience:

- Develop positive emotion
- Develop engagement
- Develop positive relationships
- Connecting to meaning
- Develop accomplishment
- Develop resilience and optimism

TAFE SA is currently offering South Australian Government subsidised short course across metropolitan locations. Student eligibility criteria for funding:
- Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
- Reside in South Australia
- Over 16 years of age
- Are not enrolled under any other funded program for the same course

Short Course Delivery Locations Some short courses can provide accreditation for industry-specific registration, while others merely provide skills and knowledge in the subject area. Concession prices are available for some courses.
