Sausage Making Made Simple


Come and make some sausages the easy way! Using Master Butchers pre-mix seasoning, you will learn how simple and easy it is to make beautiful beef, pork and chicken sausages safely at home.

You will learn how to fill them, tie them and everything in between to produce a good, safe and wholesome product for you and your family or friends to enjoy.

We will make a variety of sausages on the night, and students will get to take some home to sample.

Please wear neat casual, with fully enclosed non-slip shoes. Long hair tied back. Please bring a container to take your food home with you.

Short Course Delivery Locations Some short courses can provide accreditation for industry-specific registration, while others merely provide skills and knowledge in the subject area. Concession prices are available for some courses.
