Props makers, set builders, and scenic artists are scenery construction technicians who build and art finish scenery and props for film and television productions, live productions and events, museums displays and exhibitions.

Diploma Program in Scenery Construction, Props Making and Scenic Art
This course prepares you for a career in the entertainment industries as lead hand prop makers, set constructors and scenic artists. Skills are developed in purpose designed workshops and on a broad range of productions simulating industry conditions. To complete the qualification you are required to complete all 5 core units and 10 elective units.
