TAFE SA Short Course Discount Codes – Terms and Conditions

Discount codes may be available for some TAFE SA short courses. Discount codes may offer a monetary or percentage value discount off of the total value of the short course delivery. Discount codes are only available to TAFE SA short courses that take payment via the TAFE SA website. The discount code must be entered into the relevant field during the online checkout process on the TAFE SA website.

  1. To redeem the discount, the paying customer must type the discount code into the relevant field during the online checkout process on the TAFE SA website. The relevant discount will be automatically deducted from the full price of the short course delivery. If the paying customer fails to enter the discount code at the time of purchase as specified, the purchase will not be eligible for the discount. Discounts may not be claimed after confirmation of a paying customer’s purchase of the short course delivery via the TAFE SA website.
  2. Discount codes are not redeemable when payment is made outside of the TAFE SA website. Discounts are only redeemable when the relevant code is entered into the relevant field during the online checkout process on the TAFE SA website.
  3. Where applicable, refunds will be for discounted amount only.
  4. If a refund is provided, the discount code is not redeemable on future short course deliveries of unless otherwise specified by TAFE SA.
  5. Discount codes may be valid for a limited time only and will expire on the date specified by TAFE SA on the short course page of the TAFE SA website and/or on relevant marketing material. TAFE SA reserves the right to modify or cancel at any time.
  6. Only one discount code may be applied to each enrolment for the short course that the discount applies to.
  7. Discount codes are not redeemable for cash.
  8. Discounts cannot be applied to short course deliveries previously purchased.

 

 

Terms and Conditions – Lucky Draw to subscribe to our mailing list and go into the draw to win a $350 voucher towards a TAFE SA Arts and Design Short Course of your choice

  1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Conditions of Entry. Entry into this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Conditions of Entry by each entrant.
  2. Entry is open to residents of South Australia, aged over 18 years only.
  3. Employees of TAFE SA and immediate family members are not permitted to enter the competition.

    Duration of Promotional Period

  4. The competition will remain open for the duration of the AC Arts Open Day, Sunday 18 August 2019.
  5. The competition commences at 10:30am on Sunday 18 August 2019.
  6. The competition closes at 2:30pm on Sunday 18 August 2019.

    Method of Entry

  7. To qualify for entry, entrants must subscribe to the TAFE SA mailing list where it is required to provide their full name and email address and area of interest.
  8. Subscriptions must be received by the Promoters during the promotional period.
  9. Inappropriate comments will result in the entrant being disqualified from the competition.
  10. Subscriptions received will be considered final by the Promoters. Incomplete, inaccurate, erroneous, illegible or incomprehensible subscriptions will be deemed invalid. Subscriptions must be received by the Promoters during the promotional period. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries.
  11. Any costs associated with accessing the Competition and/or the Terms and Conditions web pages remain the responsibility of each entrant and are dependent on the Internet Service Provider used.
  12. One entry per person/email. Subscriptions will be sorted by email address and any duplicate email addresses will be excluded from the competition.

    Prizes and Values

  13. One (1) winner will receive one TAFE SA gift voucher to the value of $350.
  14. The total value of all Prizes is AU$350. The Prizes are valued as at 18 August 2019. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any variations in the Prize value due to exchange rate changes or otherwise. Prizes are not refundable, redeemable for cash, credit or foreign exchange. The gift voucher is transferable and redeemable towards the cost of a TAFE SA Arts and Design short course and must be redeemed by 31 July 2020. This is, the enrolment of a short course must be submitted before this date. The course delivery may go beyond 30 July 2020 due to on-going nature of some short courses.
  15. The winner will be randomly selected from the list of new TAEF SA mailing list subscribers on Tuesday 20 August. The winner will be notified by Wednesday 21 August 2019 by email. The judge's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  16. A new winner will be selected if no reply to the promoter's correspondences is received within two (2) weeks from the notification. TAFE SA will contact the winner via the email address provided in the subscription form to the TAFE SA Short Course newsletter.
  17. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw, amend or delay delivery of the prize should circumstances regarding TAFE SA or availability of staff arise beyond their control.

    Competition Draw

  18. The winners will be drawn at random on Tuesday 20 August. Winners will be randomly chosen from all new subscribers to the TAFE SA mailing list in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
  19. TAFE SA will contact the winner via the email address supplied. A new winner will be selected if no reply to the Promoter’s correspondence is received within two (2) weeks from the initial notification.
  20. The Prize will be sent to the winner by email (as provided in the TAFE SA mailing list form.

    Conditions of Entry

  21. To the extent permitted by law, TAFE SA is not responsible or liable for: inaccurate/incorrect transcription of entry information; purported entries that are not received for any reason, including because they are lost, misdirected or stolen, or that are received, but are late, illegible, incomplete, or sent other than as directed in the entry instructions; unauthorised human intervention in any part of the competition; electronic or human error which may occur in the administration of the competition; any loss suffered or sustained, to person or property and including, but not limited to, consequential (including economic) loss by reason of any act or omission, deliberate or negligent, by TAFE SA, or its employees, in connection with the arrangement for supply, or the supply, of any goods or services by any person to a prize winner; or any injury or damage to persons or property, including to the participant's or any other person's computer related to, or resulting from, participation or downloading any materials in this competition.

  23. Prize must be claimed before 31th July 2020. This is, the enrolment of a short course must be submitted before this date. The course delivery may go beyond 30 July 2020 due to on-going nature of some short courses. The enrolment process is taken care of by a TAFE SA staff member who will contact the winner of the prize.
