The 2017 Graduation showcase will present work from 24 students from Adelaide College of the Arts who will be concluding their studies in their exhibition at Light Square Gallery this upcoming December. “Sprout” will present a collection of disciplines from drawing, painting, jewellery, printmaking, and sculpture to photography. There will be a variety of artworks on display with themes embedded into them from childhood memories, to the notion of escapism, nature, culture and so much more!
The Bachelor Degree offers a creative space to explore a contemporary art practice with the benefit of peer review and a dedicated studio space for the third year graduating students.
The college provides a supportive environment in which to explores one’s art practice with lecturers who are themselves practicing artists, and bring to the table a great deal of practical knowledge, and connections to the art world!
Sprout will be a visual master-piece you won’t want to miss out on!
“The exhibition is an opportunity for the graduating students to showcase their skills that they have obtained throughout the years of studying at Adelaide Collage of the Arts. The show cultivates diversity and creativity at its finest.”
