Description

This short course provides an introduction to video editing using Adobe Premiere CC (Creative Cloud).

The course is ideal for anyone with an interest in editing videos, such as short films, documentaries and home videos, as well as anyone with an interest in multimedia and video creation and those who are required to prepare multimedia material for professional presentations.

Topics covered in this short course include:
- Introduction to Adobe Premiere CC
- Setting up your project
- Importing video and audio
- Creating a timeline and editing video and audio
- Adding titles and images
- Editing a video to the beat of a music track
- Audio mixdown
- Finalising a project for output.

Content and exercise files for editing and working will be provided as a part of this course.

Dress code: casual with enclosed footwear

What to bring: flash drive or portable hard drive for video files (suitable for Mac format).
