An essential skill for the café and hospitality industry! Participants in this course are people who want to learn to prepare and serve coffee to industry standards using a commercial espresso machine in a variety of hospitality settings including, but not limited to, hotels, clubs, resorts, cafés, motels, trains, aeroplanes, ships and restaurants.
Espresso Coffee Making
The course provides hands-on training in the preparation of all black and milk coffees, using commercial espresso machines. Learn how to pour the perfect shot and texture milk correctly. Instruction in the cleaning and care of espresso machines and coffee grinders is also provided.
