    Qualifications & Skills Covered

    Certificate II in Resources and Infrastructure Work Preparation (RII20113)
    This broad qualification will give you practical foundation skills you need to carry out a range of basic tasks in the resource and infrastructure sectors such as mining and mineral exploration, drilling, petroleum exploration and construction. You will learn how to work safely and gain skills in reading and interpreting maps, carrying out measurements, collecting samples and operating tools and equipment. 3 core units plus 6 electives.

    Note: Students who successfully complete only one or more units of competency but not the full Qualification are eligible to receive a Statement of Attainment.

    This course is subsidised through the Government of South Australia's WorkReady initiative.
