Certificate II in Kitchen Operations (SIT20312)
This qualification reflects the role of individuals working in kitchens who use a defined and limited range of food preparation and cookery skills. They are involved in mainly routine and repetitive tasks and work under direct supervision. 8 core units plus 5 electives.

Note: Students who successfully complete only one or more units of competency but not the full Qualification are eligible to receive a Statement of Attainment.
