wx TAFE SA can recognise the skills (RPL) you already have. If you are working in the industry and have skills that can be recognised, TAFE SA will provide any additional training needed to gain a qualification.

  • Streams are available for Workplace Training Applicants in Cellar Door, Cellar Operations, Laboratory, Viticulture, Warehousing and Wine Packaging.
  • If there are more applicants than available places, TAFE SA will make offers based on date of application.

Employment Outcomes

This qualification provides vocational skills for work in the wine industry. A range of specialist electives are included covering skills used in the following wine industry operational areas: -bottling and packaging -cellar door sales -cellar operations -laboratory -warehousing

Certificate II in Wine Industry Operations (FDF20411)
This qualification is designed to provide skills for those working within a production or production support role. 5 core units plus 12 electives.

Note: Students who successfully complete only one or more units of competency but not the full Qualification are eligible to receive a Statement of Attainment.
